Represent's clothing is made from high-quality and proven materials, in a variety of corresponding weights and fitting cuts. Clothes hold their shape and color even after several washes. Prints and designs are applied to textiles using sophisticated and quality printing techniques. We work with real professionals in the industry who have vast experience and know their work perfectly. The result of this cooperation is a print that lasts, does not stick and does not color-fade.
All products we sell through our e-Shop are in stock. Do you think that having goods in stock is not an advantage? Quite the opposite since many e-shops state that they have goods in stock, but in fact their goods are somewhere at the suppliers or in an external warehouse. At represhop.eu you have 100% confidence that we have all of our goods in our own warehouse! What does this mean for you in reality? You do not have to wait for our goods, we always send them no later than the second business day after the order is completed (verified).
If you accidentally choose goods that do not exactly fall into your liking, you do not have to worry about it. Send them back within 14 days and we will gladly exchange them for others that surely fit like a glove!
If it happens that despite our strict final checks, a piece with a production defect passes (it's happened thus far more once in ten years!), it goes back immediately. We do our best to keep you waiting/resolve any issues within an hour since less at times may be absolutely necessary.
All Represent products undergo thorough testing before being put into production. New clothes are subjected to weight-bearing tests first by our production team who wear the products, wash them, iron them, wear them, wash them and so on. After that, the Represent sports team, which consists of motocrossers, bikers, skaters, hockey players and other people, who put clothing though the extremes of the sports they love, are the live test. If the product passes through all of these tests, you can find it in our e-Shop.
You want the most for your money, of course, but how nice if it were Czech? If you like supporting Czech products, then you are at the right address! We are not traders, but direct producers! Thanks to this, we can steadily keep low prices and high standards for our Represent products!

Before you start picking out the pieces of clothing, you have two options before ordering. One-time purchase without registration or the ability to become a registered customer of Represent and have the ability to check the status of your orders at any time and any place.
Fill in the basic information and choose your username and password. It's up to you if you want to get information about unique news and sales through non-binding newsletters, or you can get around without them. After you submit your registration, you'll see the message: "Registration was OK".
First, choose the clothes you're interested in. You can select by category or use the site search. In the product details, choose the size and press the grey "Insert into the basket" box. Now you will see a shopping cart with an order form. With the "Continue shopping" button, you can fill your virtual cart with more clothing until you have everything you need.
Choose your mode of transport and type of payment. Do you know that you do not pay for postal shipping for totals over 900 CZK?
If the shipping address is different from the address filled in during registration, fill it out now, please. If you are not a registered customer, fill in the billing address and, if applicable, the shipping address if it is different from the billing address
Your shipment will be delivered to you acording to your selected preference, either to your home or work. If you choose personal pick-up, please do so in person at our shop (Řeznická). When picking up goods from the carrier, it is imperative that you check the number of packages and if they are damaged. Complaints, damaged or incomplete shipments can be claimed within 14 business days, ideally contact us immediately.
There is more transport options, choose the one that suits you best.
You can conveniently pick up the goods at our shop located in the center of Prague, just a few meters from I.P.Pavlova, a short walk from Charles Square and just next to Wenceslas Square (Řeznická 20, 111 00, Prague 1). You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 19.00.

GLS delivers within 24 hours across the Czech Republic. Goods will be delivered to you within two business days after the order is confirmed (this will be confirmed by an email given at the time of registration). You can track the package using the package number that is available in the customer section in the shipping log right up until the order has ben delivered.
Goods are delivered on working days, 9:00 - 18:00. GLS offers email and SMS notification of the delivery date.

We take back purchased goods immediately afterwards for store exchanges.
If you find a manufacturing defect or any other damage, we will send you a new product at our expense both ways. We can also refund your money in the required manner
Discarded defects and your preferred form of refund (money-back guarantee, goods exchange) are included in an accompanying letter in the parcel with the goods, which they then sent back (Represent s.r.o. Řeznická 20, 110 00, Praha 1).

The identified defects will be evaluated and you will be informed of the outcome of the complaint process as soon as possible.
If you need a refund, please state this fact in your cover letter. Your money will be sent to your account, so be sure to include the account number in the cover letter, where we will then send the money to.
Since we understand there’s a certain degree of risk to online shopping (buying bad sizes, distorted colors, etc.), we allow you to return goods without giving any reason, but not later than 14 days after receiving the order.
Please write in the accompanying letter in the package that the goods are being returned for no specific reason.

Despite all the efforts to show colors as faithfully as possible, deviations may occur depending on the quality and resolution of the screen monitor. That's why we can not guarantee absolutely exact coloring as shown on the screen.

In the event that there is a consumer dispute between us (Represent s.r.o - the seller) and You (the consumer), a consumer dispute arising out of a sales contract or a service contract that can not be settled by mutual agreement, may be submitted as a proposal for extrajudicial settlement of such dispute to the designated non-consumer disputes settlement, which is the Czech Trade Inspection through the contact information available on the website adr.coi.cz.
